CCP + LDB3: Hammond Organ, Guitar, Bass, Drums and Vocals. Early Rock n Roll and R & B, Blues and Soul music. Individually, these four have nearly 200 years of stage time between them, performing diverse musical styles with a large variety of different groups. Long-time colleagues, they have performed in many different groupings over the years and now come together for the first time as a unique quartet, playing deep grooves, deep cuts and a few surprises along the way.

Linda Dachtyl is a performer, composer, and former adjunct music instructor at Kenyon College and Ohio Wesleyan University. Her playing experience includes jazz, blues, rock, and classical music genres. Equally adept at the Hammond B3 organ, piano, keyboards, and drumset, her LDB3 and Friends 2006 Chicken Coup Records release, Blue Bop has received very favorable local and national reviews and also charted for 6 weeks on jazzweek.com in the summer of 2006. Linda’s second release on Chicken Coup Records, For Hep Cats, released nationally on January 8, 2008 achieved a chart position of No. 45 on the jazzweek.com Top 100. She has performed with Blue Lou Marini, Trudy Pitts, Gloria Coleman, Jim Alfredson and Organissimo, Gene Walker, Sean Carney, Teeny Tucker, Willie Pooch, Soul Satyr, The Johnny Mack Big Band, The Harry James Orchestra, The Benny Goodman Big Band, Honk, Wail, and Moan, Vaughn Wiester’s Famous Jazz Orchestra, The Rick Brunetto Big Band, Opera Columbus Orchestra, Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra, Columbus Light Opera, Wells Hills Orchestra and Pro Musica, Tony Monaco, Bobby Floyd, Lincoln Berry, Gene Ludwig and Hank Marr.

Rick Collura is a legend in his time. Playing with great musicians such as the late Willie Pooch, Tony Monaco, MOJO Kings, Blue Cats etc. Well known for his talent for blues/rock/jazz and pop. He continues to play today with many great and talented artists.

Jimmy Castoe is a long-standing drumset and vocal mainstay of the Ohio music community, performing with hundreds of different musicians over many years. Notably with Junior Brown, Ronald Koal and The Trillionaires, The Men Of Leisure, Willie Pooch, The Squids and playing drums for Michael Feldman's Whad'ya Know when the show traveled to Columbus.

Steve Perakis plays Avant Garde, Blues, Country, Funk, Jazz, Latin, Polka, Pop, Rock, Soul, Surf and just about anything in between that needs bass. He has performed with Tito Puente Jr and the Columbus Symphony, The Benny Goodman Orchestra featuring Henry Cuesta, Louis Bellson with the Rick Brunetto Big Band, The Guy Lombardo Band, Eddie Clearwater, Johnny Vidacovich, former Sun Ra Arkestra member Cheryl Banks-Smith, Jerome Dillon - pre N.I.N. George Bedard, Mark Braun, The Delroys, Todd Hepburn, Jazz To Go Big Band, The Knittles, Carl Sonny Leyland, New Basics Brass Band, New Remnants Big Band, Nova Madrugada, Ricky Nye, Liz Pennock and Dr Blues, Phillip Fox Band, Richard Lopez, The Sean Carney Band, Stan Smith Plus, Crazy Joe Tritschler, Yumbambe, Zancudo, Zivili, and a few hundred others mostly in Ohio, across the US and in Belgium, Colombia, Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Thailand.
